Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 4, 2026

Welcome to Beflow Business Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, scheduling pages, forms, coaching materials, digital resources, and related services offered by Beflow LLC, doing business as Beflow Business Coaching (“Beflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, booking a call, submitting a form, purchasing a program, downloading a resource, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

Beflow Business Coaching provides business coaching, strategic planning support, business growth frameworks, educational resources, tools, and related advisory services designed to help business owners improve profit, cash flow, team performance, and freedom in their businesses. Our public-facing offer may include Complimentary Coaching Sessions, scorecards, diagnostics, webinars, digital resources, and paid coaching programs.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the website:

  • in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website;
  • to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, systems, or accounts;
  • to copy, scrape, distribute, or exploit website content or materials except as expressly permitted by us;
  • to submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Beflow provides coaching, education, structure, accountability, and advisory support. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, profit increase, cash flow result, hiring outcome, operational result, or personal result.

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or statements about business improvement are illustrative only. Results depend on many factors, including your business, market, decisions, effort, follow-through, financial condition, team execution, and external conditions.

Your success depends in large part on your own implementation and commitment.

4. Coaching and Advisory Nature of Services

All services provided by Beflow are advisory and educational in nature. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, legal compliance, financial decisions, tax filings, hiring decisions, marketing claims, contracts, and operational implementation.

Beflow is not providing legal, tax, accounting, investment, mental health, or other licensed professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

If you need legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

5. Complimentary Coaching Sessions and Lead Resources

We may offer Complimentary Coaching Sessions, scorecards, checklists, diagnostics, webinars, and other free or low-cost resources to help determine fit and provide value to business owners. These offers are subject to availability and may be changed, withdrawn, or limited at any time.

Submitting a form or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into any coaching program. We reserve the right to determine whether a prospect or client is a fit for our services.

6. Paid Programs and Client Agreements

Certain Beflow services are provided under a separate proposal, order form, invoice, service agreement, or coaching agreement. If you purchase a paid coaching program, the terms in that separate agreement will also apply. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and your signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for that service relationship.

Our coaching programs may include, depending on the selected package, strategic planning sessions, recurring coaching sessions, access to Silver Bullet Academy, team-based work, critique services, consultations, templates, and related tools or resources.

7. Fees, Billing, and Payment Terms

Fees for paid services will be presented to you before purchase, whether on a checkout page, proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • fees are charged in U.S. dollars;
  • setup fees, monthly fees, and other service fees are due as stated at checkout or in your agreement;
  • recurring monthly fees are billed in advance of the service period;
  • you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the agreed fees and any applicable taxes;
  • if your payment fails, we may retry the charge and may pause or terminate access to services until the account is brought current.

For coaching programs with recurring billing, your program may continue on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with your agreement or written cancellation terms.

8. Renewals and Cancellation

If you enroll in a recurring paid program, you agree that the program may renew and bill on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the applicable written terms.

Unless a different written term applies in your signed agreement:

  • cancellation requests must be submitted in writing;
  • cancellation will apply prospectively, not retroactively;
  • fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
  • if your signed coaching agreement requires notice, that notice period will apply.

Under Beflow’s current coaching agreement, either party may terminate upon thirty days’ written notice, and the final monthly payment remains due upon notice of termination.

9. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

Coaching calls, planning sessions, and other appointments must be scheduled through the method we provide, including Calendly or another approved process. Beflow currently uses a Complimentary Coaching Session booking page through Calendly.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. If sufficient notice is not given, the session may be considered missed or forfeited.

From time to time, we may need to reschedule or move appointments due to holidays, travel, illness, emergencies, or business events. In those cases, we may reschedule the appointment or adjust service timing reasonably.

Beflow’s current coaching agreement also provides for 24 hours’ advance notice for rescheduling and states that otherwise the appointment may be forfeited.

10. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes setup fees, monthly coaching fees, digital resources, workshops, strategy sessions, and other service fees.

Because coaching and advisory services involve reserved time, preparation, access to intellectual property, and delivery of expertise, refunds are generally not offered for partial use, missed appointments, or lack of implementation.

If Beflow expressly offers a guarantee, refund policy, or cancellation policy for a specific program, that written offer will control for that program.

11. Client Responsibilities

If you become a client, you agree to participate honestly, professionally, and in good faith. You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and timely information, attending scheduled sessions, reviewing recommendations, and taking action on mutually agreed priorities.

Beflow’s current coaching agreement also expects clients to disclose necessary information, keep appointments with proper notice, test strategies, communicate concerns promptly, and take action on agreed goals.

12. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your business information and will handle information you share with us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, our client agreements, and applicable law.

At the same time, the materials, frameworks, templates, systems, scripts, videos, and tools we provide are confidential and proprietary to Beflow or our licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, license, sell, upload, share outside your organization, or create derivative works from them except as expressly permitted in writing.

Beflow’s current agreement states that coaching program materials are confidential and proprietary and may not be copied, adapted, distributed, stored, displayed, disclosed, or duplicated except within the client’s company.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our services, including text, frameworks, diagnostics, worksheets, scorecards, branding, graphics, videos, downloads, processes, scripts, templates, and course materials, is owned by Beflow or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or use of our services gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your internal business use only, unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

14. Communications Consent

By providing your email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, booking, coaching relationship, reminders, follow-up, service updates, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.

Beflow’s operating model includes lead capture, Calendly scheduling, and email/WhatsApp follow-up workflows for lead nurture and CCS booking.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. For other communications, you may contact us to request that certain communications stop, subject to legal and operational requirements.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

16. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may use or link to third-party tools and services such as scheduling platforms, payment processors, video meeting tools, CRM systems, analytics providers, advertising tools, and messaging services. We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Website Availability

We try to keep the website and services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content will always be current, complete, or available.

We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue any portion of the website or services at any time without liability.

18. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Beflow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or harmful components.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflow and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beflow’s total liability arising out of or related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Beflow for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beflow, its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the website or services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your misuse of our materials or intellectual property;
  • your business decisions, implementation, offers, claims, products, services, employees, contractors, or customers.

Beflow’s current agreement also states that the client bears responsibility for implementation of advisory services and agrees to indemnify and hold the coach harmless for losses resulting from activities related to the program.

21. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that electronic notices, agreements, records, and signatures may satisfy legal requirements for written communications and signatures where permitted by law.

If a law requires a specific disclosure, consent, or delivery method for certain consumer transactions, those requirements still apply.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Beflow’s current coaching agreement also states that the agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with Texas law.

23. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us in writing and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
